Jeff Geller - Head Varsity Coach - Click here for a complete bio. 
Coach Jeff Geller has been coaching youth soccer for over 10 years. Geller has coached soccer teams at the travel, premier, and high school levels in the Capital District. Geller is licensed to coach soccer by the National Soccer Coaches of America Association (NSCAA), the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA), and the National Federation of High Schools (NFHS). Geller was a Section-9 1st team perfomer while at New Paltz High School and played collegiately at Siena College. Geller currently coaches teams at Saratoga Springs High School as well as with NY Elite FC. In addition, Geller is the Co-Director of the First Touch Futbol Academy, a soccer academy in Saratoga Springs designed to give players ages 5-10 an elite soccer foundation. Geller is also the Saratoga Springs Recreation Department Soccer Director. Geller was named the Saratoga Springs HS Varsity Boy's Soccer coach in 2009 and led the team to it's best season in school history, a run to the Section II Championship match and a #20 ranking in New York State. Geller has cleared all Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association and US Club Soccer background checks and is certified in First-Aid, CPR, and AED. Geller's greatest asset to the game is his ability to break down the techniques used in the game of soccer so that each youth player can then practice and perfect that skill. Geller comes from a soccer family. Geller's brother, Michael, played collegiately at the University of Buffalo and was an Assistant Coach in the Army Women's Soccer Program. Geller is currently a teacher in the Saratoga Springs City School District. Greg Hernandez - Varsity Assistant Coach Coach Greg Hernandez is a former four year varsity soccer player and was a three sport athlete at Corinth High School. He is completing his Physical Education degree from SUNY Cortland with a student teaching placement in the Saratoga and Hudson Falls School Districts. Coach Hernandez has also been a high school soccer referee for several seasons in the Syracuse area. Coach Hernandez has a coaching certificate from Cortland and is also certified in First-Aid, CPR and AED. Coach Hernandez looks forward to motivating this year's players to reach their potential while honing his coaching skills. Keith Simons - Varsity Assistant Coach Coach Keith Simons is a recent graduate of Manhattanville College where he was a 4 year letter winner for the Valiants. Simons played 55 games at defense. As a Senior Captain, he led the Valiants to their first Freedom Conference Regular Season Championship, the 2nd best record in school history, and a #7 ranking in the NSCAA Mid-Atlantic Polls. In 2009, Simons was a MAC Sportsmanship Team Selection and was an NSCAA All-East Scholar Athlete Honorable Mention. In 2010, Simons was named Manhattanville's Male Scholar Athlete of the Year. Simons was a 3-year Varsity player at Saratoga Springs High School and played club soccer for Black Watch and Saratoga Springs. Garrett Cobb - Junior Varsity Head Coach Coach Garrett Cobb is in his first year as Head Coach of the Saratoga Springs Junior Varsity Boys Soccer team. Cobb is a USSF licensed coach who grew up playing soccer in the Capital District for Shenendehowa High School and Capital United Soccer Club. After High School, Cobb went on to play at East Carolina University. While in North Carolina, Cobb coached with South Central High School and Pitt-Greenville Soccer Club. Now back in the Capital District, Cobb has been coaching with the Alleycats Soccer Club since 2004. Tony Devizzio - Freshman Head Coach Coach Devizzio is a former 3 year Varsity player at Saratoga Springs High School. Coach Devizzio has coached many sports over the past 30 years including baseball, basketball, soccer, and football. Devizzio has been a Head Coach at every level: Varsity, JV, Freshman, and Modified. Devizzio has been a Special Education teacher at the High School for 12 years and currently coaches Freshman Boys Soccer, Freshman Boys Basketball, & Junior Varsity Baseball. Coach Devizzio is certified to coach soccer by the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) and is certified in First-Aid, CPR, and AED. Devizzio enjoys coaching because he loves watching the faces of people when they achieve something they regard as important. Jack Brock - Modified Head Coach Coach Jack Brock has been coaching sports in the Saratoga Springs School District for over 22 years. Coach Brock has served as a Head Coach at the Varsity, JV, Freshman and Modified levels during his coaching career. Brock is currently the Freshman Boys Lacrosse Coach in addition to his Modified Soccer Head Coach position. In addition to being a physcial education teacher at Geyser Road Elementary School, Brock has coached over 22 years of soccer, 12 years of basketball, 11 years of lacrosse, and several years of baseball and softball over the years. Coach Brock is certified to coach soccer by the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) and is certified in First-Aid, CPR, and AED.
